Jack and the Beadstore was born after I made my first glass bead necklace using purchased glass beads. I was so enamoured with the colours of the glass and the many designs that could be made that I was soon wearing necklaces to match all colours of outfit that I wore. Soon I was making and selling for friends and this led to selling at craft fairs and parties. My husband became interested in the beadmaking and soon he had purchased the equipment and started to craft lampwork beads. The next thing was the purchase of a kiln and the introduction of glass pendants.
