Terms and Conditions

All photographs, images, designs and text are owned by JackandtheBeadstore and as such should not be copied or reproduced without prior permission of the owner.

 

2. Product Presentation

 

Every effort has been made to ensure that the products listed are described accurately. The measurements quoted are all approximate. Colours are described as accurately as possible and the images are as accurate as variations in photography conditions allow.  Variations in colour do occur owing to software and reproduction.

 

3. Privacy

 

Your details will not be used for any other purpose other than to despatch goods ordered. We will not pass your details to any third parties.

 

4. Payments

 

Immediate Paypal payments are the preferred method for making payments for purchases. However, we will accept cheque from customers in the UK. You should contact us via email JP1Pooh@hotmail.com to advise of your intention to do this. The order will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared. We will endeavour to advise you that payment has been received.

 

5.  Postage and Packing

 

Post and packing is free to UK customers providing delivery address is within the UK. This method will be via First Class mail with proof of delivery requested from the Post Office and insurance is not included. We would recommend that in order for your item to be insured that you choose to have it delivered via Special Delivery the extra cost for this to be incurred by the customer. This method of posting means that you have a gauranteed next day delivery and you have to sign for acceptance.

 

For overseas customers, items will be despatched via Overseas Post and this will need to be signed for on delivery. If customs charges are incurred these are paid by the buyer.

 

All items are wrapped in tissue paper and in a pastel coloured pretty organza drawstring gift bag. It will then be wrapped safely and posted in a padded bag/envelope or box. 

 

All purchases will be posted within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment although we do not post over a weekend. We will email you to advise of despatch.

 

6.  Gaurantee

 

We gaurantee that all items are new and in an unworn condition. If your item becomes faulty within a period of 8 weeks provided the fault is due to normal wear, please contact us and we will either repair or replace free of charge. The item should be returned to us postage paid by yourself - please send by insured post and ensure it is wrapped safely and securely to avoid damage in the post. If the item is received damaged in the post we will not be able to refund or replace. If you wish for a repair after the 8 weeks a charge will be made according to work incurred and postage will be charged for returns. We cannot accept ear rings back for repair or exchange owing to Health & Safety rules.

 

7. Returns

 

We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase but if after receiving your item you are not fully happy with it, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to advise. You will then need to return the package to us in its original packing in an unworn conditon and refund will be made. Return postage will be at your own cost. We cannot accept responsiblity for items damaged or lost in the post so you should take precautions with packing and posting.

 

Your item should reach you in perfect condition but if it is delivered in a damaged condition please let us know immediately.

 

These terms and conditions apply to all items purchased at the full price. If sale items refunds will only be made if faulty and the above T&C apply.
